Bartender/Mixologist

Responsibilities:

• Craft a variety of cocktails and beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Develop and innovate new drink recipes to enhance the menu offerings and cater to diverse taste.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar by managing inventory, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, recommending drinks, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new ingredients, and techniques to continually improve skills and offerings.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the bar team and management to create promotions, events, and special menus to attract and retain customers.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in mixology and customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender in a high-volume establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed to engage with customers and work effectively with the team.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional drinks and experiences.
