Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Support the Manager in planning, organising, and coordinating activities.
- Supervise staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle customer issues, operational challenges, and escalate when necessary.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and support documentation tasks.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational resources.
- Ensure high service standards and a productive work environment.
- Participate in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Assist with administrative tasks and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Degree/HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills and team coordination experience.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of minimal supervision.
