Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with tax laws and company policies.
- Oversee office administration, including procurement, inventory management, record-keeping, and general office operations.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and staff as needed.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and other external parties to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting and administration.
- Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Office.
- Knowledge of local tax laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Location: Cele, Lagos State
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
