We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ticketing Manager to oversee and manage all ticketing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless ticketing processes, deliver excellent customer service, manage staff, and coordinate with partners to maximize efficiency and revenue.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily ticketing operations
- Oversee ticket sales, reservations, and customer inquiries
- Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance, pricing, and availability
- Develop and implement ticketing policies, procedures, and best practices
- Train, supervise, and evaluate ticketing staff
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal departments
- Monitor ticketing system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Prepare and present periodic sales and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them promptly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in ticketing operations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of ticketing platforms and reservation systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume transactions
- Proficiency in MS Office and ticketing software
