Retail Operations Consultant/Business Manager

Responsibilities:

• The Retail Operations Consultant/Business Manager will be engaged for a 6–12 month strategic transformation period to evaluate, restructure, and elevate the business from a mid-level retail operation to a premium-standard retail brand.
• Bring advanced retail management expertise, operational discipline, and data-driven decision-making systems to close the gaps that currently limit the business from achieving top-tier retail performance, profitability, customer experience, and brand perception.
• This role involves hands-on leadership, operational restructuring, staff training, system implementation, and strategic growth planning.
• Work directly with ownership and senior management to transform operational standards across all business units, build strong management systems, and establish sustainable structures for long-term growth.

Requirements:

• Live within Ogudu and its environs.
• Experience managing a large team.
• 3–5 years of experience.

What We Offer:

• A 3% performance bonus will be paid on revenue growth above the agreed baseline revenue level during the contract period.
• Transformation Completion Bonus: A NGN 1,000,000 completion bonus will be awarded at the end of the contract if the agreed transformation targets and operational milestones are successfully achieved.

Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 450,000 Monthly
