Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and engage potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Develop customized sales pitches and business proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build relationships with clients to gain a deeper understanding of their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify business opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Business Development Support:
- Lead and participate in networking events, industry conferences, and trade fairs.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Data Protection & Confidentiality
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in handling company-related information, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and internal policies.
- Adhere to the company’s information security guidelines, including proper storage, transmission, and disposal of sensitive materials.
- Promptly report any suspected data breaches or unauthorized access to the appropriate company authority.
- Participate in periodic data protection training to stay informed about evolving security risks and best practices.
General Assignment:
- Execute any other duties and tasks that may be designated or assigned by the Company.
- Participate in the knowledge-sharing programme of the department and the company
- To provide support to your Team Lead/Branch Manager as required to serve the Board, Management, and staff.
KPIs and Performance Metrics:
- Percentage of qualified leads converted to sales.
- Percentage of individual sales targets met.
- Percentage of returning clients and renewal rates.
- Number of new business partnerships secured.
- Number of useful insights shared with the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
- Professional certifications such as CIIN, CIM, or equivalent) are an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of motivation and target-driven mindset.
