Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives and communicate them to the team.
- Manage workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing shift schedules.
- Guide, motivate, and monitor employees to ensure optimal productivity.
- Oversee the safe use of machinery and schedule routine maintenance.
- Perform quality checks and verify production outputs against set specifications.
- Prepare and present reports on performance, progress, and areas for improvement.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies within the production process.
- Train new employees on equipment usage and safety procedures.
- Enforce strict adherence to company standards and safety regulations.
- Minimize waste and drive operational efficiency to improve overall yield.
Requirements:
- ND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant discipline (higher education qualification required).
- Minimum of 1–2 years experience in a supervisory or production-related role (preferably in food manufacturing).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate teams and ensure smooth production operations.
