We are looking for a detail-orientated and proactive Accountant to join our real estate company in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, managing property-related transactions, ensuring compliance with local tax laws, and supporting financial decision-making across the organization.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing of the store.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members.
- Manage inventory, including ordering stock and monitoring stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.
- Maintain budget and financial reports.
- Monitor store performance and implement improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in retail or store management.
- Proven ability to hire, train, and supervise staff effectively to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Strong understanding of store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for handling customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate inventory records, and meet sales targets.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000-NGN 120,000
