Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support technicians in daily repair and maintenance tasks.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance, especially on Toyota and Mercedes vehicles.
- Ensure quality control, discipline, and adherence to workshop standards.
- Train and develop technicians to enhance their skill levels and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate workflow, job allocation, and workshop productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum level of a B.Sc. degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Strong technical experience with Toyota, Mercedes, Ford, and Range Rover vehicles.
- Proven workshop leadership and technician training background.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
