Job Summary

Arteasy Nigeria is seeking a smart, organized, business-minded Store Manager who can run operations, lead sales, manage staff, and ensure the store performs at its best daily. This role requires leadership, discipline, and the ability to drive results without constant supervision.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 4 years
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Staff Supervision 

  • Ensure every staff member is doing their job without reminders
  • Enforce discipline, punctuality, and customer standards
  • Train and oversee sales rep + cashier
  • Ensure proper workflow and zero bottlenecks
  • Ensure all reports are submitted daily


Sales Oversight & Performance

  • Monitor in-store sales activity
  • Ensure strong customer service
  • Support the sales rep to close more sales
  • Handle high-value clients or escalations
  • Track walk-in conversions and sales patterns
  • Push team to hit weekly/monthly sales targets


Operations Control

  • Ensure the store opens on time and runs smoothly
  • Maintain store arrangement and product displays
  • Ensure pricing consistency between POS, shelves, and website
  • Maintain cleanliness and a professional atmosphere
  • Solve problems quickly and responsibly


Inventory Oversight 

  • Approve stock-in/stock-out
  • Validate weekly stock counts from cashier
  • Make sure inventory records are accurate
  • Report low stock timely manner
  • Block any route of missing items


Website Coordination 

  • Approve product uploads from cashier
  • Approve price changes
  • Ensure POS pricing = Website pricing
  • Liaise with the Web team
  • Track online orders with cashier/sales rep


Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
