Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees. Monitor performance and provide ongoing training and development. 
• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Ensure the restaurant is clean, organised, and meets all health and safety standards. 
• Inventory and Ordering: Monitor and control inventory levels, order supplies, and minimise waste to optimise costs. 
• Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and queries, ensuring a positive dining experience. 
• Financial Management: Work with budgets, maximise profits, and achieve sales targets. Monitor takings and may be involved in payroll. 
• Quality Control: Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation are met. 
• Compliance and Maintenance: Implement company policies and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs. 
• Marketing and Strategy: Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract and retain customers. 
• Reporting: Prepare reports on performance and communicate with area or head office representatives. 

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a restaurant.
• Minimum qualification of HND
• The ideal candidate must reside around Lekki/Ajah axis

Location: Lekki/Ajah axis
