Job Summary

The Recurrent Manager is responsible for driving and managing all recurring revenue activities, customer retention, subscription renewals, service uptime, and continuous value delivery to clients. The role ensures a consistent monthly recurring revenue (MRR), smooth billing cycles, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Recurring Revenue Management

  • Monitor, track, and grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Ensure timely renewals of all service subscriptions and contracts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase recurring revenue.
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and renewal pipelines.


Customer Retention & Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for recurring clients.
  • Manage customer onboarding, relationship management, and satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure service delivery meets SLAs.
  • Reduce churn by implementing proactive retention strategies.


Billing & Collections Coordination

  • Work with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing for all recurring customers.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices to reduce debtor days.
  • Ensure billing disputes are resolved quickly and professionally.


Service Delivery & Operations

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service uptime, maintenance, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure all recurring services are delivered according to agreed timelines.
  • Monitor performance dashboards for anomalies in system performance or client usage.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
  • Track metrics such as churn rate, renewal rate, customer lifetime value, MRR growth, and service performance KPIs.
  • Provide insights to support strategic decisions.



Process Improvement

  • Develop and optimize operational processes for renewals, billing, onboarding, and issue resolution.
  • Recommend improvements to customer experience and product adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in recurring revenue management, customer success, or operations in an IT or SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience managing subscription-based products or services.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and recurring revenue models.
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills.Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Good understanding of IT systems, cloud services, or digital products.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, subscription management systems, and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and business-minded.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a high sense of responsibility.
