Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Abuja. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost planning, implementing effective cost control measures, and providing accurate cost reporting throughout the lifecycle of various projects. The role also involves analyzing project requirements, ensuring cost efficiency, and supporting the management team in delivering high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Strong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Relevant professional certification or membership (e.g., RICS or equivalent) is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
