Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to meet targets and deadlines.
- Manage and lead production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor workflow, resources, and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Ensure products meet quality and compliance standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification is a degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards.
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000
