Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and update departmental policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with national laws, ministry standards, and organizational policies.
- Monitor changes in legislation and provide strategic advice to management.
- Conduct compliance audits and regulatory risk assessments.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the department and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare documentation for compliance reporting, approvals, and certifications.
- Train staff on new policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory expectations.
- Support internal controls and ensure operational adherence to approved processes.
