Fleximotion is hiring a proactive mainland operations supervisor to manage daily operator (rider and driver) activities, fleet operations, and general performance. You’ll ensure operators start on time, deliveries and ride-hailing operations run smoothly, payments are reconciled, and issues are resolved quickly.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sign in operators, conduct morning briefings, and confirm bike/battery readiness.
- Monitor operator movements, resolve delivery or payment issues, and manage escalations.
- Manage vehicles, EV batteries, and operational kits; raise maintenance needs early
- Reconcile POS and transfer payments daily.
- Liaise with Local Government agencies and law enforcement officers
- Submit daily reports: deliveries, revenue, incidents, attendance, and performance
- Enforce minimum daily trip targets and ensure policy compliance
- Support rider coaching, discipline, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in any discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or fleet supervision.
- Experience with Uber, Bolt, MAX, Gokada, or dispatch operations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy: delivery apps, navigation, POS, and basic reporting.
Work Environment:
- Flexible hours, but operators start early and close late, and so the supervisor will often have to.
- Weekends or holidays may apply.
Location: Lagos Mainland (The applicant must be resident on the mainland, preferably near the Surulere axis)
