Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and streamline all operational processes across events and gifting services.
• Drive team efficiency and ensure optimal staff performance.
• Manage business outputs, including service delivery, product packaging, and timely execution.
• Increase daily sales through effective supervision and performance strategies.
• Serve as the main liaison between the company and clients, ensuring strong, professional relationships.
• Ensure all company operations remain compliant with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.
• Develop and implement strategic and operational objectives aligned with business goals.
• Analyze financial data and reporting to identify areas for increased profitability.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and business reports.
• Perform quality control checks and monitor production KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise team members across departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service quality and client retention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with digital tools and social media platforms for supervising digital marketing.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in team leadership, operations management, or business supervision.
• Background in sales and marketing, particularly in small or medium-sized business environments, is highly desirable.
