Job Summary

A leading real estate company in Lagos is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee its day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, drive process improvements, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of projects and transactions. 
  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve productivity and quality. 
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. 


Team Leadership

  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams, including administrative, sales, and customer service staff. 
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration. 
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and skills. 


Process Improvement

  • Analyze operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes. 
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure operational performance, tracking progress and making
  • data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and objectives. 


Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees, management, and other departments. 
  • Ensure effective communication with external stakeholders, including clients, realtors, and partners. 


Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance. 
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Minimum of a BSc
