Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Develop, implement, and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to guide business decisions
- Coordinate and supervise staff; provide coaching and support where needed
- Collaborate with management to set goals, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with operations software/tools
