Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Lagos, Nigeria. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities across the company's service brands, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities will include managing teams, optimizing processes, monitoring budgets, improving customer experience, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to implement strategies that drive business growth and operational excellence.

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively
• Strategic planning, process optimization, and operational efficiency expertise
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and financial management experience
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and improving customer experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and software is a plus
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry, especially in operations management, is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
