We're looking for an experienced and organised Operations Manager to oversee daily bakery activities and ensure smooth coordination between production, decorating, logistics, and customer service teams. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily bakery and decorating operations.
- Ensure timely and high-quality order production and delivery.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and workflow efficiency.
- Manage inventory, minimise waste, and ensure accurate requisitions.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
- Review daily reports and prepare weekly performance summaries.
- Support continuous improvement and staff training initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- 2+ years' experience in bakery, food production, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Zoho Books/CRM is an advantage.
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (or until operations are concluded), Sundays off; one additional off day per month (not during peak periods)
Leave: 2 weeks of annual paid leave (non-peak periods only)
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 Plus Incentives
