- Develop and execute nationwide sales and distribution strategies.
- Lead and supervise regional sales managers and medical sales representatives.
- Drive achievement of company sales, revenue and market share targets.
- Establish and manage key distributor relationships across Nigeria.
- Develop territory expansion plans and route-to-market strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends and market opportunities.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance reports.
- Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate sales personnel.
- Work closely with management on strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
- B.Sc., B.Pharm or Pharm.D in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medical Sciences, Biological Sciences or related discipline.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of seven (7) years pharmaceutical sales experience with at least three (3) years in a managerial role
- Strong distributor management and territory development experience.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across Nigeria.
Location: Abuja
Remuneration: NGN 500,000- 1 Million Monthly
