Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Washing, chopping, and preparing ingredients; cleaning work areas, utensils, and equipment; and ensuring proper storage of food items.
- Assists with basic cooking tasks, organizes supplies, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with health standards.
- The Kitchen Assistant may also unload deliveries, rotate stock, and dispose of waste properly.
- Helps the kitchen team deliver timely, high-quality meals and maintain smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum S.S.C.E
- 0-1 year of previous work experience in similar role
