Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures.
- Review loan documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor financial transactions to identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare internal control reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the fintech or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
- Excellent knowledge of loan processes and internal control systems.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 250,000/month
