Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise all hotel departments, including the front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage operations, to ensure smooth daily activities and high operational standards.
- Maintaining exceptional guest experiences and ensuring top-quality service delivery across all departments.
- Preparing and managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and implementing effective cost-control measures.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to promote professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hospitality regulations while developing innovative marketing strategies to increase occupancy, profitability, and overall revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of proven managerial experience in the hotel industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.).
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle pressure.
