Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all outlet operations to meet sales, profitability, and service delivery targets.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, SOPs, food safety, and hygiene practices.
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and HR teams to drive seamless operational alignment.
- Implement performance tracking systems and outlet KPIs to optimise efficiency.
- Develop and execute expansion strategies — including new site openings, refurbishments, and relocations.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to improve menu offerings and pricing strategies.
- Champion customer satisfaction through service quality, training, and feedback-based improvements.
- Manage P&L per outlet and identify areas for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to sustain a high-performance culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Operations Management (MBA preferred).
- 8–12 years of proven experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), with at least 4 –5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L, budgets, and cost structures.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of POS, inventory management, and operational reporting systems.
- Must reside in or be willing to work on the Lagos Mainland with flexibility for site travel.
