Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with senior management to formulate and implement organizational strategy
- Work with the senior management to design long-term operational goals and performance goals
- Maximize the efficiency of staff/internal team through team collaboration and process analysis
- Develop the strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
- Work with project managers to develop budgets
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Reporting of operational processes and progress
- Assess program needs, develop the needed program, designate funding for the program, and evaluate the program’s effectiveness.
- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
- Leverage existing relationships with team members, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide, and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs
- Design policies and adhere to the company’s policies and standards, and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed by the team with integrity, establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
- Plan, implement, and evaluate all MTG programs and projects
- Designing the process for program implementation including deadlines and milestones
- Develop of approve project budgets and operations
- Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization
- Supervise all program and project managers and provide feedback to senior management
- Apply change, risk, and resource management when needed
- Ensure all programs and projects adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
- Read all managers' reports to determine progress, concerns, and the way forward
- Interface with partners, and program beneficiaries, as necessary
- Be involved in media rounds to enhance the progress of programs and projects
- Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualifications of a bachelor's degree in nay related discipline
- Additional certifications are an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of operations functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
- Knowledge of operations systems and databases.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and operations practices.
- Ability to analyze problems, solve problems, and make decisions
