Job Summary

The Business Executive be responsible for generating sales and building relationships with clients interested in purchasing or investing in real estate properties. The role involves identifying potential customers, presenting property options, negotiating sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process. The Business Executive will contribute to achieving the company’s sales targets and expanding the client base.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential buyers and investors through various channels, including direct marketing, referrals, and networking.
  • Property Presentation: Conduct tours and presentations of available properties to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and investment potential.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide accurate advice and recommendations.
  • Customer Service: Provide post-sale support to clients, addressing concerns, facilitating documentation, and ensuring smooth transaction completion.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams to coordinate sales activities and facilitate smooth property transactions.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports to management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
  • 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property development.
  • Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territories.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sales drive.
  • Customer-focused with a professional demeanour.
  • Honest, reliable, and ethical in all dealings.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.


Remuneration: NGN 100,000 plus 5% Commission
