- Supervising and overseeing Site Beats and other supervisors.
- Monitoring and supervising Control Room Operators to ensure efficient response to security incidents
- Managing and supervising company vehicles and drivers to ensure safe and efficient use
- Conducting training and enforcing discipline among security personnel to maintain high standards
- Conducting investigations and background checks to prevent and address security breaches
- Coordinating general operations to ensure seamless delivery of security services
Requirements:
