Job Summary
A reputable and fast-growing security services company specializing in manned guarding, security patrols, and advanced electronic tracking/monitoring solutions is seeking an exceptional Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) to lead its next phase of operational transformation and strategic expansion. The Managing Director/CEO will provide strategic leadership, ensure operational efficiency, and drive business growth across all divisions, including security guard deployment, digital security monitoring, and tracking technology services. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership capability, deep industry understanding, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the company’s security guarding and technology-driven tracking/monitoring operations.
- Oversee daily business activities and ensure efficient service delivery across all operational units.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for both the traditional security services and the technology/tracking solutions segments.
- Strengthen relationships with clients, regulators, business partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management processes for staff at all levels.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements governing the security industry.
- Evaluate operational performance, productivity, and risk exposure, and provide periodic reports to the Board of Directors.
- Drive innovation with emphasis on technology adoption, digital monitoring, and integrated security solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a first degree from a recognized higher institution in any relevant field.
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
- Additional professional certifications in security management, operations, or related fields will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years of work experience, which may include a reputable financial institution and/or organised private establishment.
- Age should be between 45 to 55 years old.
- Proven track record in business growth, operational management, and client relationship building.
- Strong understanding of security technologies, GPS tracking systems, and integrated security solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
