Job Summary
Welbot Inc. seeks an experienced Factory Manager to oversee production, staff, equipment, quality control, safety, and inventory at our new machinery fabrication facility in Abia State.
- Minimum Qualification : OND
- Experience Level : Senior level
- Experience Length : 8 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily factory operations and production targets.
- Supervise staff and maintain discipline.
- Enforce quality control and safety standards.
- Oversee machine maintenance and reduce downtime.
- Manage inventory and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 8–10 years of factory or production management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Location: Umuahia, Abia State
Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Remuneration: NGN 1 Million Monthly
