Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the facility management sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth strategy across soft services, hard services, and integrated FM solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to understand client needs in order to present tailored FM solutions.

Job Description/Requirements
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the FM market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
- Support tender submissions, RFP responses, and pricing proposals.
- Work closely with operations and commercial teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, CRM updates, and regular activity reports.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Facility Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management—preferably in the FM, real estate, or service industries.
- Strong understanding of FM services (hard/soft/IFM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
