We are seeking a proactive and growth-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in expanding our reach, supporting the performance of existing properties, and identifying future opportunities that contribute to the company’s overall development.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy.
- Build and maintain partnerships with developers, agents, and investors.
- Drive strategic initiatives to grow the company’s presence and revenue.
- Oversee the performance, marketing, and occupancy of company-managed properties, including tenant relations, listings, and leasing activities.
Market Research:
- Analyse local market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
- Recommend pricing and marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Provide actionable intelligence to leadership in order to support strategic planning.
Property Marketing:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Develop compelling property listings and oversee property viewings.
- Feedback client insights into marketing strategies to improve engagement.
Lead Generation:
- Source new leads via networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Qualify leads, manage pipeline, and follow up to maximise conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and documentation.
Client Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide professional guidance and support throughout the client’s decision-making process.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and client preferences to inform follow-ups.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and uphold a high level of satisfaction.
Brand & Company Representation:
- Professionally represent and uphold the company and its properties’ brand in all engagements, personnel and materials, tangible or intangible, ensuring consistent brand messaging and delivery.
- Participate in corporate events, networking activities, and client-facing meetings.
- Demonstrate polished communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Maintain accurate records of clients, inspections, contracts, property documents, and sales activities.
- Prepare periodic reports on portfolio performance, occupancy rates, marketing results, and pipeline progress.
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Education: BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field; Master’s and professional real estate or business development certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate business development, marketing, or client management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, internet navigation; familiarity with CRM tools and real estate listing platforms is an advantage.
- Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; exceptional client-handling ability; strategic thinking; professionalism; strong brand representation; and confidence in guiding clients through pricing and closing discussions.
- Other: Ability to work independently and in the field; mobility to visit various project sites as required. It is equally an added advantage if you have built a real estate network.
