To lead and manage the DGF Nigeria Industrial Project activities associated with customer gain and retention, ensuring that resources are managed and customer requirements are met; specifically to ensure a strong business development, operational performance and quality by an effective use of business assets and human resources in line with Corporate compliance and sound HSSE policies.

In this Head of Industrial Projects position

• Manages, controls and develops the overall Industrial Projects strategy/activities in the country in accordance with the group business strategy and the global/regional Industrial Projects strategy to increase market share and optimize business assets.
• Leads in engagements and strategic customer interfaces with key Corporate Customers
• Manages, existing Industrial Project customer retention & continued patronage
• Generates accurate and timely market intelligence data to support business planning and decisions
• Ensures high quality Industrial Project Customer support to meet changing business needs
• Maintains good relationship with overseas working partners to explore more push and pull business
• Drives increased Market Share of Industrial Projects budget
• Timely & amicable settlement of Industrial Project customer needs/issues
• Monitor and deliver the agreed internal and external operations KPIS
• Steers/improves Industrial Projects performance through process and performance measurement.

• Project Management Knowledge- preference Oil and Gas
• Presentation skills
• English Communication skills, spoken and written
• Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ocean and Airfreight knowledge
• Market Intelligence
  

Experience

• 5-10 years’ experience in related industry, with strong project experience. Proven track record
• Experience in management role (preferable)
  

Education

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
