Responsibilities:
- Support departmental projects and strategic initiatives across assigned functions.
- Conduct research and analysis and prepare reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance processes, systems, and customer experience.
- Assist in the implementation of internal controls, financial analysis, or technical solutions where applicable.
Requirements:
- First Class Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in any of the listed disciplines.
- Experience Level: Early Career, 2–4 years post-NYSC work experience in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated innovation, adaptability, and agility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and relevant technical or professional software
- Participate in learning programs, mentorship sessions, and professional development activities.
- Deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines and performance expectations.
