Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Estate Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of business growth and operational excellence.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office tools.
