Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute business growth strategies.
- Prepare business proposals and presentations for clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Achieve set sales and revenue targets.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Must be confident, persuasive, and result-oriented.
