Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare a variety of local and international dishes.
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of all meals served.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
- Supervise kitchen assistants and maintain an organised workspace.
- Develop new recipes and menus to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or Catering.
- 2 years’ proven experience as a professional chef.
- Strong knowledge of local and continental cuisines.
- Excellent cooking, plating, and time-management skills.
- Good leadership and communication abilities.
- Must be hygienic, creative, and customer-focused.
