Job Description/Requirements
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Negotiate deals and close property sales and investment partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communications.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Degree
