Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of local and continental dishes.
- Ensure all meals meet quality and taste standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Monitor food inventory and report supply needs.
- Assist in planning menus and portion control.
- Follow food safety and handling procedures.
Requirements:
- SSCE/OND or relevant culinary training.
- 2–4 years’ experience as a Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or lounge.
- Strong knowledge of local and intercontinental meals.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to cleanliness and food safety
