Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support the Chief of Staff in coordinating organizational priorities and ensuring alignment across departments.
- Facilitate clear and efficient interdepartmental communication to optimize workflow and decision-making.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and manage special projects from ideation to completion.
- Provide analytical support to executive leadership and prepare high-quality reports, briefs, and presentations.
- Monitor organizational performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational, project management, and operational skills to manage multiple priorities and coordinate complex tasks.
- Leadership and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams and effectively build relationships.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and critical decision-making abilities for organizational planning and execution.
- Adaptability and a solutions-driven mindset to manage challenges and dynamic work environments.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution is a plus.
- Proven analytical, research, and presentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role or within operations, strategy, or administrative leadership required.
- Familiarity with organizational systems design or African contexts is advantageous.
