The Project: Introducing B-Force

B-Force is an offline-driven acquisition channel/campaign for Busha. Every B-Force agent is a Customer Acquisition Associate on the B-Force sales drive. These Associates are to develop and implement strategies they believe will help drive user engagement and signups.


Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition offline (We are looking at implementing a N250 reward per acquisition and a target of 10,000 signed-up users at the end of the first 3 months (at least a significant percentage achieved before the end of the 3 months).
  • You will develop and implement strategies you believe will help drive user engagement and signups.

Requirements:

  • You must have at least 2 years of experience as a successful Salesperson, with great interpersonal skills.
  • You must have a large target audience/network of customers you can leverage. 
  • A positive track record in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Acquisition in the Financial Services Sector is a great advantage.
  • You must have the ability to meet targets
  • You must be self-driven, and a good team player.
  • You must have the ability to take initiative.
  • You must possess a smartphone and be computer literate.

Other Requirements:

  • Download the Busha app on your phone via App Store or Play Store to understand how it works.
  • Signed-up users are individuals who B-Force agents strategically target and engage to download the Busha app from the Google Play Store or the App Store Store and get them to register their details. See registration levels below;
    • Level 0 -  User downloads the app and adds the email address
    • Level 1 - User verifies the phone number and email address
    • Level 2 - User verifies the account with a government ID (e.g NIN, BVN, Drivers License, Voters Card, etc)
  • Only level 2 users count as a complete referral and agents are paid based on the referral count.
  • Levels 0 and 1 count for the agents as well but only move to a complete referral when the user is in level 2 (regardless of when they complete this move). Reports will be shared based on user levels per agent.
  • In terms of Working hours, Associates have total control of their working hours and are encouraged to drive sales during both working and off-work hours. It is our commitment to support these associates in every way possible to achieve set targets and excel in their roles.
