Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Quality Risk Asset creation and effective monitoring for optimum performance.Â
- Short, Medium and Long term liability generation to fund the banks risk asset portfolio.
- Efficient balance sheet management by ensuring the proper balance sheet items mix to ensure profitability.
- Seek business opportunities, initiate new business frontiers by establishing relationship with the Government, Developers and other relevant Stakeholders.Â
- Setting budgetary goals and developing strategies for meeting them.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of BSc degree in any discipline
- 2 years of working experience.
KPI:
- Month on Month Reduction in Non-Performing LoansÂ
- Month on Month Increase in Cost Effective Deposit MobilizationÂ
- Month on Month Increase in Risk Asset Creation. Â
- Quality of Short, Medium and Long Term funding.Â
- Overall Bank’s Profitability Â
- % of Customer Retention
Remuneration: NGN 2.5 million per Annum
