Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, drive and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, Student conversion and revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and collaborations to expand the company’s market presence
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media and traditional offline channels
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and refine services based on market feedback and demand.
- Analyze risks proactively, so as to make optimal business decisions
- Prepare and present prompt regular reports to management on marketing and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years proven experience in a marketing and business development role with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth
- Proficiency in Digital marketing, content creation and design
- Proven negotiation skills combined with the ability to close business deals
- Strong understanding of marketing trends, digital platform and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all level.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans
- Results-oriented, self-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM Software and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience In the Travel and Study Abroad Agency is a plus.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 and with performance-based incentives
