Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Execute effective sales strategies to identify and acquire new clients
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure revenue targets are met
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful business development in the technology or professional services industry
- Strong understanding of no-code/low-code platforms and business automation solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving targets
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to commute to the Lagos office a few times a month (especially if you don't have proper internet or electricity at home)
