Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen PGE’s brand presence across the travel and education sectors. The ideal candidate is a confident and results-driven professional who can convert opportunities into partnerships.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and provide insights for new travel packages, education programs, and business opportunities
  • Identify and engage potential corporate, institutional, and government partners for travel and education services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Create and present partnership proposals, MOUs, and sponsorship plans.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with universities, embassies, travel aggregators, and corporate clients.
  • Represent PGE at events, expos, and partnership meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing, customer service, and operational goals.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports on leads, deals, and partnership outcomes.


Requirements:

  • B.Sc./B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related discipline. 
  • Minimum of 3–6 years experience in business development, corporate relations, or partnership management. 
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Experience in the travel, education, or service industry is a major advantage. 
  • Excellent communication and client management skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and proposal development. 
  • Confident, organized, and target-oriented personality.
