Job Summary
The Centre Head will provide strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for the Jonah Otunla Resource Center. The role is responsible for ensuring effective program implementation, optimal use of facilities, staff supervision, and meaningful community engagement. This position requires a proactive leader passionate about education, digital inclusion, and community development, committed to advancing the center’s mission of empowering individuals through learning and innovation.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the Resource Centre within the community and represent the organization in external engagements.
- Develop and execute the center's annual work plan in alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify community needs and drive initiatives that promote learning, ICT, entrepreneurship, and youth development.
- Ensure quality delivery of all programs and services.
- Supervise and support all center staff, including ICT trainers, librarians, administrative officers, and volunteers.
- Coordinate daily operations, assign roles, and ensure effective collaboration.
- Organize regular staff meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the center, ensuring cleanliness, safety, a reliable power supply, and functional equipment.
- Manage procurement needs and maintain accountability for all assets and resources.
- Ensure the facility remains secure and welcoming for community users.
- Build strong relationships with local leaders, schools, youth and women’s groups, and government agencies.
- Mobilize participation in the center's programs and events.
- Identify partnership and funding opportunities to enhance impact and sustainability.
- Track program activities, attendance, and outcomes for reporting purposes.
- Prepare and submit performance and financial reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and donor or partner requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a leadership, community development, or project management role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in ICT and familiarity with community learning environments.
- Must be willing to relocate to Irawo Owode, Atisbo LGA, Oyo State.
Location: Irawo Owode, Oyo State
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 350,000 Monthly
