Job summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven business growth coordinator to join our team in Lagos. EstateBooks' business is core-focused on listing properties through supportive provision of the EstateBooks platform that offers holistic management of tenancy and rental properties' market growth through fulfilment processes by enforcing quick rental of properties and continuous monitoring of rented units for improved rental performance.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Activation & Adoption:

  • Drive onboarding campaigns to increase app adoption among landlords, property managers, agents, and renters.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute targeted growth initiatives.
  • Identify and engage potential partners in the real estate ecosystem.


Sustaining Growth:

  • Develop retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with product and customer success teams to gather feedback and improve user experience.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen loyalty and advocacy.


Monitoring & Analytics:

  • Track KPIs such as user acquisition, retention, churn, and revenue growth.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership on growth performance.
  • Use data to recommend adjustments to strategies and campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in growth, product marketing, or customer success roles (preferably in tech or real estate).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with real estate technology or SaaS platforms is a plus.

  • Project management and organisational skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering value.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.


EstateBooks Business Growth Fulfilment Engagements:
This is achieved in 3 parts:

  • Long-term rental and short-let rental of all property types, including houses, subunits, lands, warehouses, office spaces, and other property categories.
  • Enforcing quick rental of listed properties.
  • Continuous supervision of listed properties with the EstateBooks Smart Monitoring Dashboard.

Location: Office / Field with occasional travel

Remuneration: NGN320,000–380,000
