Job Description/Requirements
- Design and implement business development strategies aimed at expanding the company’s market share and identifying new business opportunities across various verticals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Use insights to develop targeted business development strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Identify and pursue new client relationships, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals. Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other organizations, influencers, and affiliates to support business growth.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, etc.), ensuring they align with business goals.
- Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies to ensure consistency and enhance brand positioning in the market.
- Manage the digital marketing strategy including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, email marketing, and content creation.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling content across various platforms (websites, blogs, newsletters, social media) to engage customers and build brand awareness.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI across all marketing activities.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing analytics to measure the success of campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
- Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and career development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Work closely with product development, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment between marketing, business development, and customer experience.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of marketing initiatives, business development activities, and overall progress toward company goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, with at least [X] years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and business development tactics.

- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Ability to think strategically, while also being hands-on in campaign execution and team management.
