Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development and sales strategies to achieve the company’s goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Use data-driven insight to develop sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
  • Develop strategic partnerships, alliances, and business relationships to drive new revenue streams.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback.
  • Leads management and conversion: Monitor the sales funnel and provide support to close deals where necessary.
  • Keep an up-to-date record of team leads, sales teams’ performance metrics, and overall sales targets.
  •  Conduct strategic research as advised by senior management to support business growth and innovation


Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in business administration, marketing, or any related discipline.
  • Deep operations experience of microfinance banking (minimum of 5 years' experience)
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of finance.
  • Strong marketing and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to conduct field marketing.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, market research, and competitive analysis.
